Instead of just selling network planning tools, NPS has now enlarged its customer offerings to include two new areas: technical and business courses and network planning consultation.  A most important aspect of these offerings is that they allow you to engage NPS in a much more flexible, lower-risk way – as a series of stages with go/no go commitment decisions at the end of each stage.  For example, you might:

• Start by taking some training courses, including perhaps some network planning courses using our NetMate tool.

• Decide on the basis of the courses that you wish to engage NPS for some network planning consultation.  This consultation is itself divided into sub-stages (network auditing, initial optimization, implementation, and ongoing optimization), so you can carry this engagement only as far as you wish.

• Decide on the basis of the network planning results and your exposure to our NetMate tool that you wish to purchase it and bring the planning using it in-house.
